PADDLE BOARD YOGA
Let the board be your yoga mat. Whether you are trying yoga for the first time or it’s your first time on a Stand Up Paddle Board, there is no better way to connect with nature and to find yourself floating in the present moment. We have a variety of classes designed for all levels of paddlers. Classes include an Introduction to paddle boarding lesson to increase your confidence on the water and to improve your skills.

PADDLEFIT
Take your workout to the water. We will practice our paddle skills, including strength building exercise, and distance paddling to get the heart rate up and increase your confidence on the board.
